Flow
I've just finished reading Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi's Flow. I've been interested in the "flow" state for quite some time, so I was looking forward to reading this. The book is good at describing what the flow state is, and how people experience it in various aspects of life. Unfortunately, the book is weak on what I was most interested in -- namely, how can I make it easier to enter a flow state, or enhance it while I'm in it.
