RSS Bandit 1.1 and gzip
RSSBandit 1.1 supports gzip encoding.
That brings the gzip standings to:

Actually, Arnold Lesikar wrote the gzip extension for Radio UserLand (and UserLand Frontier):

Bloglines supports gzip compression, etags, and the Last-Modified header. We also only fetch a feed once per iteration, regardless of how many of our users have subscribed to it.

bortaloo should also support gzip output now (and checks the last modified header).

SnowNews and Liferea (which reuses the SnowNews networking code) do support gzip compression and the last modified header.
