Geir has posted the proposal for Harmony for discussion by the ASF Incubator. There's also a FAQ. Please direct your commentary to the appropriate mailing list.
Well Sun, here you go. If this successful, Sun will look so bad. Sun has a major headstart but with the decade turnaround on bug fixes and the way corporate entities work, Apache Harmony sounds like a promising idea. It will be tough, but good luck, Guys.
