Here are some handy tools for automating stuff on your Macintosh.
- Stakeout with Growl support
- Run a script when files change
- CocoaDialog
- Mac OS X user interface dialogs that you can use from your favorite UNIX scripting language
- osxutils
- A set of command line tools for maniuplating Mac specific information
CocoaDialogs is interesting, but Pashua (http://www.bluem.net/downloads/pashua_en/) has more input types. Pashua lacks a progress bar, which CocoaDialogs has.
