We got our first CD from yourmusic.com today. $5.99 per CD, free shipping, but you have to do a 1 CD per month deal -- It's the old BMG CD club revived. They don't have all the very latest CD's, but that's fine by me. For a while we haven't bought many CD's at all, so we're several years behind on music of many genres. The CD's are cheap, I can rip them for iTunes/iPod at a high MP3 bitrate, and it's still cheaper than the DRM'ed iTunes Music store if you like at least half of the disc.
I really like this club but it would be nice if they could provide their customers with an 800 to call in case of problems, as they really do not seem to answer e-mails from their customers. I had a duplicate order that I had put in my accident, I sent an e-mail to customer service asking them to cancel the duplicate order before it shipped out noone ever responded to my e-mail and I ended up getting two of the same. They will not allow you to return anything you are sent from your que unless it's their mistake or the merchandise is defective.

I've used the sight and loved it. I've got cd's qued in until Nov 06 , however since July 15 ,I can't gain acces to sight. I keep getting Need to Enable Cookies. Whats up? No matter what I do, nothing will correct the problem...and it gives no phone contact to customer service to help..My payment system will so start being abused(charged with no service rendered-- i.e. fraud) if not soon corrected...any ideas for correction ?
